Mighty Mind: The new "Mental Health" for 2023


Having a "Mighty Mind" is the new age "Mental Health". I was inspired by this new year. Today marks day one of the 2023 year. How do you start the new day of the rest of your life? You could say one of my new years resolution was to make a blog post bidding farewell to 2022 and celebrating the new year with an updated internal awareness.


2022

Last year was my one year anniversary living in LA. Since making the move I quickly realized this city is unpredictable and uncertain. Acceptance, patience and faith were all common themes in my life.

"It’s all still real it’s all still happening", was something I'd repeat to myself on my most challenging days. The inexplicable moments that seemed random at first but I quickly realized are all part of this web of life. After countless hours of listening to podcasts, sound baths and reading self help books-The solution is the self realization.

Because we know these facts above. This life can be manipulated and perceived in many lights- entirely up to YOU! So you’re not tied to anything or comitted to because it’s all yours, it’s all up for grabs. Who’s to say you can’t feel amazing or like the most beautiful or most talented person. That’s why each day, each moment, down to the seconds should be taken advantage of and appreciated. Be easy on yourself- this shouldnt feel too difficult.


New Year, New Mind, New me

The journey towards the awareness that is the Mighty Mind set is not finite. There is no final level of ridding yourself of worry, fear, guilt or anxiety. Were complicated beautiful beings with complicated beautiful lives. The awareness tools you develop will always be there at your disposal.You can take conscious control of the internal processes. The sooner you realize this the sooner you can enjoy your experience with it all. There’s no rush in the process of knowing or having it “all figured out”. The time is now. Fall into faith with the universe. The courageous leap is often the most rewarded.
